• Payment must be completed before service delivery begins
• No refunds after payment, except for the Premium Express Application service which includes a money-back guarantee as outlined in the service agreement
• Prices are subject to change but will not affect ongoing clients with signed agreements
• Third-party fees (application fees, documentation fees, etc.) are non-refundable

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the client for the specific service in question.
